Deep-fried Beancurd Crust, commonly known as fried tofu skin with meat, is a popular cuisine for Zhejiang people, especially Hangzhou people during the Spring Festival. This dish is usually made of tofu skin, a famous speciality in Zhejiang province. It is served with minced meat and eggs. It is wrapped with tofu skin and ingredients and then will be fried in a frying pan until it is bright yellow.
