Canadian designer RozeMerie Cuevas has been living and working in Hangzhou, capital city of East China's Zhejiang province, for over eight years. 

Viewing Hangzhou as the fashion center of China, Cuevas has established her own fashion brand in the city and made it a household name across the world.

"I think there are multiple reasons why Hangzhou is the best place to do fashion business. One is because it is an absolutely beautiful city and also because it is China's center of fashion," she said.
