Lishui's county industries feature distinctive industrial clusters, including Liandu district's beauty and health industry, Qingtian county's intelligent control valves, and Songyang county's stainless-steel pipes.

Since the beginning of this year, Lishui has undertaken comprehensive city-wide planning. It has newly established three cross-county municipal-level industrial value chains, while optimizing 17 county-level value chains. In the first half of this year, these three municipal chains generated 60.36 billion yuan in output above the designated scale, while the 17 county-level chains achieved 71.32 billion yuan.

All counties have completed industrial value chain upgrade plans, clarifying development directions and investment priorities to enable resource concentration and integrated policies for cluster development.

The city identified 268 technological demands from enterprises across the 17 chains. Industrial value chain service teams are deeply engaged with enterprises, providing full project lifecycle services to drive high-quality development.

Currently, Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone has developed collaborative mechanisms for the semiconductor ecosystem, attracting 43 projects with over 70 billion yuan in investment.

Through deep industry-academia-research collaboration, Lishui established 17 research institutes and 17 innovation consortia. Over 800 experts enlisted in the "shared talent" program are offering guidance to hundreds of companies, addressing 120 major technical bottlenecks.
