Percy is a Ph.D. candidate at Wenzhou Medical University. As a volunteer to bringing the knowledge of epidemic prevention to people around him, Percy is busy helping check the temperates, logging people’s movements, quarantining supervision, and providing other general assistance. He claims himself part of the local community and wants to contribute more to his beloved Wenzhou city. Facing a few foreign people who have language barriers to understanding the prevention policies, he wants to help those people better settle down and integrate themselves into the local community.
