1. Unified ID card in YRD region

 

Since Dec 1, the first application for resident ID card "across provinces" has been fully implemented in the Yangtze River Delta region. The registered residence residents in YRD region, who are working, studying or living in different places need to apply for identity cards for the first time can apply at any public security organization in the vicinity. When receiving the ID card, you can freely choose to receive it at the acceptance window or by mail.

 

2. The first carbon dioxide online monitoring system in Zhejiang to run in Huzhou


After half a year of development, the first carbon dioxide online monitoring system in Zhejiang province has been officially put into operation in Huzhou.

 

Compared with the previous carbon emission accounting system with poor timeliness and complex process, after installing sensors and systems, it can grasp the carbon emission of the enterprise in real time, so as to accurately control the carbon emission data.

 

3. Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway to open on Dec 1


The main line of the Linping section of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway will open to traffic on Dec 1. The rest will open by June 2022.

 

As a major transportation infrastructure project for the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games, the Linping section reconstruction project starts from Hangpu Expressway in the West and ends at the second canal channel in the East, with a total length of 3.04 km.

 

4. Jiande Qiandao Lake General Airport to open soon


Renovations on Jiande Qiandao Lake General Airport have been completed, including a runway expansion and the construction of tarmac and terminal. The new and improved airport will be put into use soon.

 

5. A possible record low temperature to affect most parts of Zhejiang


According to the forecast from the Hangzhou Meteorological Observatory, affected by the strong cold air, it is expected that the daily average temperature in Hangzhou will be lower than 10℃ in the next 5 days, and winter has come in Hangzhou meteorologically from Dec 1. On the same day, winter has also come in Jiaxing, Ningbo, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Quzhou, and Lishui.

 

Affected by the strong cold air, the temperature in this province has dropped significantly. On Nov 30, the temperature showed a trend of "upside-down" in the morning and evening. From the perspective of the range of dropping temperature, the average temperature in most parts of the province was 13℃ to 15℃ on Nov 29, and the average temperature on December 1 was 4℃ to 6℃. The range of temperature drop in 48 hours was 7℃ to 10℃. After the temperature drop, the temperature in most parts of the province may reach a record low.
