Lecture shares the spirit and the culture of the Silk Road

The Global Youth Club held a lecture event on the theme of “Chinese history and culture: the silk road” to discuss the Silk Road spirit and the culture of the Silk Road. The role of exchanges and promoting the development and rejuvenation of civilization was also shared in this lecture.

At the lecture, Cheng Haifei, a well-known scholar in the field, was invited to combine his years of research experience and results and from the four dimensions of the Silk Road's historical view, geographical view, economic view, and cultural view. The audience shared the ancient, modern, Chinese and Western aspects of the Silk Road and its future, and described in detail the historical process of friendly exchanges between Chinese and foreign nations and mutual learning among civilizations since the opening of the Silk Road. For thousands of years, the spirit of the Silk Road has been passed down from generation to generation. It is an important link that promotes the prosperity and development of countries along the route, and is also a historical and cultural heritage shared by all countries in the world. The "One Belt, One Road" initiative focuses on connectivity and aims to provide a new platform for international economic cooperation and new impetus for the development of various countries and world economic growth.
