The Phase I of the Yunhewan Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park in Xiuzhou district, Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province is making steady progress in the foundation piling stage, and the entire cast-in-place pile work is expected to be completed by the end of August.
As a key hub for AI development in Xiuzhou, the project covers an area of about 6.5 hectares and will feature a total construction area of 289,000 square meters. With a total investment of about 2 billion yuan ($279 million), the park will include nine buildings such as R&D offices, industrial facilities, and employee apartments. It aims to integrate business offices, tech incubation, intelligent manufacturing, and supporting services.
Designed as a high-standard platform for AI innovation, the park will offer modern office spaces, advanced infrastructure, and one-stop services including policy consulting and technical support.
It is positioned to attract AI enterprises and foster a full-lifecycle growth environment to accelerate project transformation and drive new industrial momentum.
Apart from infrastructure, the park aims to attract top AI professionals to drive innovation and market cutting-edge technologies.
