Luigi Dell'Arena is an Italian chef at the Gioielli Food Institute in Qingtian county of Lishui, East China's Zhejiang province.

Facing the regional differences in food ingredients, Luigi integrates local ingredients such as red bayberry and scallops to create unique dishes. Luigi is proficient in traditional Italian cuisine and excels in innovative dishes, cultivating many young chefs.
