With the spread of COVID-19 worldwide, Qingtian townsman association in Germany, local Hangzhou Chinese associations in Germany have been actively raising medical and anti-epidemic materials such as masks and protective clothes, and donate them to the local government in Germany to fight the disease.

On March 11, with the help of the Chinese Consulate General in Dusseldorf, representatives of Qingtian townsman association in Germany and local Hangzhou Chinese associations in Germany sent tens of thousands of masks, protective clothes and other materials jointly raised by the association, other German associations and concerned people to the Heinsberg county government in North Rhine-Westphalia, the severely infected area in Germany. Stephan Pusch, the county chief, and Frau Heidrun Schößler, the director of the County Health Bureau, etc. on behalf of the local government accepted the anti-epidemic materials donated by the overseas Chinese community.

The director of the local Health Bureau carried epidemic prevention materials together with everyone else and introduced the local epidemic situation and the lack of epidemic prevention experience, materials, medical personnel, and other situations. Mr. Stephan Pusch, county chief, thanked the Chinese community for their donation. He said that this was the first batch of aid materials they received from foreign countries. Heinsberg county is a heavily infected area in Germany, equivalent to Wuhan in China. Now when people are fleeing the city, however, the Chinese went in to donate materials. This is of great significance to the battle against the outbreak.

After the donation, the local press Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung published the interview of Herr Stephan Pusch, local MP of Heinsberg, who mentioned the visit of the local Chinese delegation to the county government of Kreis Heinsberg, North Rhine-Westphalia. This week, a Chinese overseas delegation visited the county government of Kreis Heinsberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, bringing with them many pandemic prevention materials, "Though Chinese were hit hard in the outbreak, we are so thankful that they still came to help us."

3月11日，在中国驻杜塞总领馆的牵线搭桥下，德国青田同乡会和德国杭州华人华侨联合会代表，将协会和其它德国协会、爱心人士共同筹集的上万件口罩、防护服等物资,送到德国疫情重灾区北威州海因斯贝格县政府。县长Stephan Pusch和县卫生局局长Frau Heidrun Schößler等代表当地政府接受了这批华人华侨社团捐赠的防疫物资。

当地卫生局长和大家一起搬运防疫物资，介绍了当地疫情和缺少防疫经验、物资、医疗人员等困难。县长Stephan Pusch先生对华人社团的捐赠表示感谢，他说这是他们收到的第一批来自外国的援助物资，海因斯贝格县是德国的重灾区，相当于中国的武汉，现在是人们都在逃离和不愿接触的城市，而你们却逆行运进捐献物资，对当地的抗疫有非常大的意义和影响。

捐赠之后，当地法兰克福汇报刊登了采访Heinsberg（海恩斯堡市）Landsrat（洲议员）、海因斯贝格县县长Herr Stephan Pusch的报道，他提到了此次我们浙籍华人团体去慰问北威州海因斯贝格县政府的事。这周有一个海外中国人的代表团访问了北威州海因斯贝格县政府，他们带来了相当于托盘规模的防护物资，“中国人虽然在新冠肺炎中遭到重创，但他们还来帮助我们，这种团结让我非常感动。”
