Latest Updates by the Health Commission of Zhejiang Province on Feb.17th 2020: 

4 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Zhejiang Province on Feb.16th.  33 more patients have been cured and discharged from hospitals.

As of 24:00 of Feb.16th, 1171 cases have been reported in Zhejiang Province accumulatively.  There are 73 severe cases (of which 25 are in critical condition) and in total, 470 patients have been cured and discharged from hospital.

At present, of the traced 38,056 close contacts, 1,538 were newly released on Feb.16th, and 7,866 are still under medical observation.
