On January 17, the "Water Lantern Festival" of the year of the rat unique to the tourist attraction of Xizha, Wuzhen officially turned on the lanterns. The cute images of blessing mice of different shapes on the dragon-shaped field highlighted the Spring Festival atmosphere.

This year, starting from the three themes ‘folk customs, Spring Festival atmosphere, the year of the rat“, the tourist attraction of Wuzhen set eight groups of colored lanterns, namely Ushering in Spring, Prosperous Time, Worshiping Virtue and Culture, Blessing Mice Celebrate the New Year, Phoenix Coronet and Robes of Rank, Opera Festival of Wuzhen, Village Opera of Wuzhen and Tie the Knot. The lanterns will be on from Preliminary Eve to Lantern Festival.
