Wu Zhengxian or widely known as "Auntie Wu", is an ordinary factory worker in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Since she was laid off from her previous factory, she opened her own needlework club - "Auntie Wu's Needlework Club".

From 1996 onwards, Auntie Wu has led the women in the surrounding villages to engage in the knitting processing business. She has provided quite a few flexible employment opportunities for nearly 1,000 housewives working in her club, helping them to work on processing materials in their spare time, increasing their average annual income by nearly 20,000 yuan.

Since the introduction of the Internet, Auntie Wu has never stopped learning new stuff and begins to pursue her dream on the Internet. In 2011, Auntie Wu opened her online store in 1688.com and started to sell her needlework products to customers from more than 30 countries across the globe.

In the meantime, as a public-spirited person, Auntie Wu has also helped poor families from many other regions in Sichuan Province and Gansu Province to increase their family income via needlework.
