In Qingyuan County, Lishui City, the local people usually prepare some dishes made of pork during the Spring Festival, and one of them is well know as the “Feast of Pork”, which uses the whole pig to prepare a large feast for all villagers. It’s a reward for people’s hard work during the past year and a big hope for the bumper harvest in the next year.
