Bean paste cake: traditional local cuisine for Yuhuan people to celebrate Chinese lunar new year

Bean paste cake is believed to be the must-have local cuisine for Yuhuan people. Made of alpine rice, wheat flour, red camas starch, soybeans, mung beans, and other grains and cereals together in proportion, bean paste cake is a household dish for new year celebration in Yuhuan.
