Shaoline Tsuro, who came from her home country Zimbabwe to China a few years ago, has already started her own business in Hangzhou. In her spare time, Shaoline loves to study Chinese cooking and she loves Chinese countryside food very much, especially the "Longmen Mianjin", a kind of meatball with pork and vegetables inside that has a long history since the Three Kingdoms Period in Chinese history. In this video, Shaoline paid a special visit to the Longmen Ancient Town, where she learned how to make the authentic Longmen Mianjin.
