Alicare is the first platform for foreigners in Hangzhou to seek medical treatment and has helped foreign patients consult doctors more than 10,000 times since its foundation five years ago. 

Muhammad Izhaar Ali Mughal, the founder of Alicare, says that the original intention of setting up the platform is to improve the foreigners’ medical experiences in Hangzhou on the premise that the platform helps to save money, save time and save lives.
