On September 24th,  Bishnu from Nepal, an anchor of the program "Young Friends in Wenzhou" came to Cangnan County with the filming crew to record the beautiful sceneries.  

During the trip, the team paid a visit to a few famous scenic spots such as the Fanshan Town, a place located in the mine cave on the mountainside, 312 meters above the sea level of Jilong Mountain; the Alum Factory, where the team learned about the production process of alum crystallization and enjoyed the Wenzhou Intangible Heritage Project - Alum Sculpture.

The mining and refining of Fanshan alunite can be traced back to the periodof the reign of Emperor Hongwu of Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 600 years. The proven reserves account for 80% of the national reserves and 60% of the global reserves.

Thereafter, the team went to the Yuliao Beach and boarded a fishing boat to have the fun of fishing. The team had also tasted the local famous snack “Meat Yan” in the Fudewan Cultural and Creative District.

In the evening, the team watched with gusto the beautiful lighting night view "Fandu Impression" as darkness falls.

Tips for visiting Cangnan

Cangnan, a county of Wenzhou City, is located at the southernmost tip of Zhejiang Province and generally takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes by car.

As a romantic and beautiful city encircled by mountains and seas, Cangnan has a famous national 4A scenic area called the Yucang Mountain, which is also known as the national forest park - Yucang Mountain. The romantic county has 168-kilometers-long and winding golden coastline and many beautiful beaches.

Cangnan is also a paradise for seafood lovers. There are many delicacies, such as the crab, fish cakes, braised goose, and so on.
