Longwan District (simplified Chinese: 龙湾区; pinyin: Lóngwān Qū) is an outlying district or ward of Wenzhou urban area (roughly equivalent to Western "city"), of the prefectural-level city (roughly equivalent to a provincial subregion) of Wenzhou (same name), Zhejiang province, China. It has a population of some 337,549 people and an area of some 279 square kilometers as of 2010. It is famous for private enterprises, especially the leather and the metal industry. Also, this district is one of the most important ones in Wenzhou.

In Longwan, there is a team made of a group of young people who are willing to bring their hometown to the world. The team is called "Voice of New Youth". The first batch of 8 members come from different professional backgrounds, such as publicity, education, judicial arena, etc.
