On September 10, the 19th Asian Games Torch Relay was held in Jiaxing. 170 torchbearers carried the torch from Zicheng Relics Park to Nanhu Citizens' Square along a route with a total length of 8.8 kilometers, passing through important places in Jiaxing such as the Grand Canal, Jiaxing Railway Station, and the Red Boat.

The first torchbearer is Olympic champion Wang Yilv from Jiaxing. The 170 torchbearers come from different industries, including athletes, retired military personnel, business leaders, medical personnel, scientific researchers, overseas Chinese, couriers, teachers, community workers, etc.

Many Jiaxing citizens spontaneously came to both sides of the road to watch and take photos of the torch relay, waving flags and cheering for the running torchbearers.

In the coming days, the Asian Games torch will be passed in Shaoxing, Ningbo, Zhoushan, Taizhou, Wenzhou, Lishui, Jinhua, and Quzhou in order, and will return to Hangzhou on September 20 to complete the relay.
