Shakhnaz Gubaidullina, a Russian student at Huzhou University, has a unique Chinese name, Simao. Already drawn to Chinese traditional culture, her fascination deepened after attending a wushu class where she was introduced to dragon and lion dancing. Captivated by the art form, she has since dedicated herself to learning and practicing these traditional skills. Shakhnaz expressed her ambition to share China's cultural heritage with her community back home after graduation.
