The National Technical Officer (NTO) of the Winter Olympics is the overall name of the technical representative, competition officials, judges and metering officials for Beijing 2022. Wang Songtao from Ningbo has been selected as NTO for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games.

Wang Songtao's Profile

In 2002, Wang Songtao won the gold medals of traditional technique and free technique in the Youth Group of the National Cross-country Skiing Championship for the first time and won the Sportsmanship Award. In 2003, he volunteered to participate in the senior group competition and won the third place in the short distance of the National Cross-country Skiing Finals. In 2005, he won one gold medal and two silver medals in the National Cross-country Skiing Championship. In 2006, he represented China in the cross-country skiing events at the Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy. In 2007, he won the third place in the sixth Asian Winter Games and one silver and two bronze medals in the National Cross-country Skiing Finals and created the best result in men's cross-country skiing in world-class competitions. In 2008, won the gold medal of cross-country skiing in the 11th National Winter Games. In 2009, Wang officially retired.
