“A place that makes your dream come true.” This compliment comes from an international friend's description of Zhejiang. Today, Zhejiang is not only a hot spot for domestic young people to pursue and achieve their dreams but is also becoming the first choice for international friends to start businesses and settle down.

Openness” is a keyword to describe Zhejiang’s social and economic development. On the occasion of the opening of the 15th CPC Zhejiang Provincial Congres, “In Zhejiang” Global Communication Network has released a video series called “Love Zhejiang, Future in Zhejiang”.We have interviewed a few international friends from different countries living in Zhejiang, listening to their stories and learning about their expectations and suggestions for Zhejiang as their "second hometown" for them.

When talking about their personal future plans, many international respondents express their willingness to remain in Zhejiang without hesitation:

“There’s no plan to leave Zhejiang yet.”

“I decide to spend the rest of my life here.”

“I will continue to work in Zhejiang until I am retired.”

Why Zhejiang can attract international friends to choose to stay here? The respondents gave the answers like “Zhejiang is a place you must visit in your lifetime”, or “it is a good opportunity to experience different cultures in Zhejiang.”. When asked about their expectations for the future of Zhejiang, some respondents said they firmly believed that Zhejiang will become the first province to achieve true common prosperity.
