The bureau of culture, radio, television, and tourism of Huzhou in Zhejiang province has had a "railway station-hotel" two-way luggage express service since March 22, in collaboration with the Huzhou Railway Station Square Management Center, SF Express, and hotels.

Upon arriving in Huzhou, tourists can make use of the intelligent storage lockers at the Huzhou Railway Station for a luggage transfer to their hotel in as fast as one hour. Departing travelers can also benefit by pre-arranging luggage delivery from their hotel to the railway station, where they can conveniently retrieve it from nearby storage lockers, ensuring a stress-free journey.

Huzhou Railway Station currently has two storage and delivery points that offer small, medium, and large lockers. Travelers can easily place orders by scanning a QR code and have their luggage delivered to the destination by courier personnel. Service fees are calculated based on delivery time and distance.

To ensure efficient delivery, the railway station has established a dedicated delivery line in partnership with the courier services company. Additionally, staff stationed at the station's exit offer guidance and information to promote awareness of this convenient service.

Participating hotels, like Tianhuang Hotel, have integrated luggage storage services into their reception systems. "The front desk staff will provide service recommendations to guests during check-in," said Xu Yunfeng, the hotel's deputy general manager. The hotel guarantees immediate confirmation and secure luggage storage through the service.
