Zhejiang launches provincial-level smart tourism platform for inbound travelers

6月26日，面向全球游客、功能完备的省级一站式智慧服务平台——“嗨游”（Zhejiang Travel）在杭州世界旅游联盟总部上线。该平台基于以入境旅游为特色场景的AI大模型，聚合了多智能体协同能力，构建起浙江智慧旅游全链路便利化服务体系。浙江省国际传播中心（ZICC）是上线仪式承办单位之一。

On the morning of June 26, the one-stop smart service platform "Zhejiang Travel" for global tourists officially launched at the headquarters of the World Tourism Alliance in Hangzhou. The platform is based on large AI model tailored for tourism, integrating multiple intelligent agents to build a fully streamlined smart tourism service system for Zhejiang. The Zhejiang International Communication Center is one of the co-organizers of the launch ceremony.

浙江作为文化和旅游部开展文化和旅游产业大模型建设试点，“嗨游”是其重要阶段性成果。“嗨游”以“规划奇妙旅程”“游玩便捷服务”“周边趣玩发现”“特色游线推荐”四大核心模块为基础，即时互译、电子钱包、打车租车、AI旅拍等特色功能为延伸，形成“基础服务+特色体验”的双层架构。该设计既确保入境游客基础需求全覆盖，又通过差异化特色功能打造具有浙江辨识度的入境旅游服务。

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism designated Zhejiang as a pilot site for developing cultural and tourism AI models, and “Zhejiang Travel” marks a key milestone in this initiative. With four core modules — “Plan Trips”, “Travel & Convenient Services”, “Explore Fun Nearby”, and “Recommended Special Travel Routes” — the platform also offers a series of unique features such as real-time translation, e-wallets, ride-hailing and car rentals, and AI travel photography. These capabilities ensure comprehensive support for inbound tourists while showcasing Zhejiang’s unique tourism experiences.

一键规划，智能提供定制服务

依托阿里通义千问和Deepseek基础大模型，基于浙江文旅高质量数据集，打造景区导游、酒店顾问、预算规划、周边助手4大智能体，让“嗨游”成为最懂浙江、最宠游客的智能旅游服务平台。当游客输入出行时间、人数、偏好和预算后，它能快速规划个性化图文行程，还可根据预算智能调整行程，参照实时客流自动避开拥挤，让游客真正“嗨游”浙江。

Powered by Alibaba’s Tongyi Qianwen (Qwen) and DeepSeek, and based on Zhejiang cultural and tourism data, the platform incorporates four intelligent functions: tour guide, hotel advisor, budget planner, and local assistant. “Zhejiang Travel” is the most insightful and user-friendly smart tourism platform. After users input travel dates, group size, preferences, and budget, the platform instantly generates personalized itineraries. It also adjusts trips based on budgets and real-time crowd data, helping tourists avoid congestion and enjoy an optimized journey throughout Zhejiang.

一码通行，破解入境旅游堵点

紧盯入境旅游存在的堵点痛点，开发上线入境旅游服务码“Easy Go”，打通与浙江出入境边检总站数据，实现了“一码”通关、支付、入住、入园、乘车等服务，显著优化旅游出行体验。前置在线入境登记流程，提升通关便利化水平；对接酒店管理系统，支持身份信息一码核验、便捷入住；对接景区票务系统，支持亮码快速入园；打通支付宝、银联等公共交通支付功能，支持游客扫码乘坐地铁公交。上线工行“卡码通”电子钱包，不用下载APP，在线申领电子卡片，简易绑定国际信用卡，实现无门槛小额便利支付。此外，通过电子化流程、数据共享和智能算法，全面优化团队游客服务，实现团签、通关、入住等环节效率提升60%以上。

The platform introduces the “Easy Go” travel code. Using Zhejiang’s immigration data, it enables a seamless experience for tourists in customs clearance, payments, accommodation, and transport—all with the single code. Pre-arrival online registration simplifies border control. Hotel systems now allow identity verification and check-in via the same code. Scenic spots support code-based fast entry. Public transportation such as metros and buses is accessible via Alipay and UnionPay QR codes. The “Card Code Pass” e-wallet by ICBC is also launched — without an app, visitors can apply online for a digital card and add international credit cards for payments. With digitized processes, data sharing, and intelligent algorithms, group travelers can enjoy over 60% improvement in efficiency across visa handling, customs clearance, and hotel check-ins.

一路伴游，打造最佳旅行助手

“嗨游”平台覆盖入境游客基础需求，又通过差异化特色功能打造具有浙江辨识度的入境旅游服务，将成为海外游客在浙江的“最佳旅行助手”。如基于游客需求，向用户精准推介周边好玩景点、特色美食、购物点、文娱活动等文旅服务。集成了行业领先的Gummy翻译模型，支持中英、中日、中韩等5种语言实时互译，确保翻译既准确又地道。集成“轻松游”行李服务，突破传统静态寄存的局限，实现机场、酒店、景区和高铁站之间的行李智能流转，让游客告别行李拖累，在出行途中能挤出更多时间轻松游玩。“嗨游”就像贴心助理，及时化解旅途中的各种难题。

While meeting the basic needs of travelers, “Zhejiang Travel” also provides unique services, making it an ideal companion for international tourists. Tailored to user preferences, it accurately recommends nearby attractions, local cuisine, shopping venues, and cultural events. The platform includes the Gummy translation model, offering accurate and natural translation between Chinese and English, Japanese, Korean, etc. The platform also offers a luggage service, enabling luggage transfers between airports, hotels, scenic spots, and high-speed rail stations—letting travelers enjoy their journey without the burden of carrying luggage.

浙江省文化广电和旅游厅相关负责人表示：“以改革为舵、技术为桨，‘嗨游’为解决全球入境旅游痛点提供了浙江方案。”世界旅游联盟专家评价，该平台实现了“通关—体验—消费—退税”的入境游全链条数字化服务，具有显著的创新性、先导性和示范性。

据悉，“嗨游”平台已同步上线微信小程序、支付宝小程序和Web端H5页面（https://gotraveling.zjwhhly.com/）。未来，浙江还将迭代升级，加快打造“嗨游”2.0，持续深化入境旅游“八个一”改革，助力浙江高水平旅游强省和国际知名旅游目的地建设。
