The unveiling ceremony for the Doolittle Raid Wilder Landing Site Marker was held in Fangyuan village, Daqiao town of Jiangshan, Quzhou, Zhejiang province, on the afternoon of April 16.

Descendants of both Doolittle Raiders and their rescuers gathered together to celebrate.

In April 1942, a group of US pilots made crash landings in Quzhou after raiding Tokyo in World War II, the Quzhou people put themselves in harm's way to rescue them and made huge sacrifices for it.
