Zhejiang sets standards for live streaming e-commerce

Zhejiang Province Net Business Association(ZNBA) sets a standard for the selection of goods and quality control of live streaming e-commerce, and in the meanwhile raised new requirements and standards for that of live streaming goods.

This standard aims to reduce the risk of live streaming e-commerce, enhance the effect of online shopping, improve the level of the industry, and promote a fair consumption environment online.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the live streaming e-commerce has developed so rapidly that has become a new popular way of daily shopping for consumers.

However, there are also some problems and challenges in terms of the quality of goods,  after-sales service and other aspects. Therefore, strict selection management and quality control, industry management and promotion of consumption equity are becoming more and more necessary.
