Tuesday is the 40th World Consumer Rights Day. In order to build a safe and satisfactory consumption environment, enhance the quality of consumer goods and consolidate the foundation of consumption, Zhejiang is going to carry out five important measures as followed.

1. Promote steady progress in improving the quality of consumer behavior;

2. Make breakthroughs in the reform of consumer rights protection;

3. Improve the ability and efficiency in handling complaints and tip-offs;

4. Build the consumption cooperation platform and to establish the data sharing mechanism in Yangtze River Delta area;

5. Ensure the safety of consumption environment.
