A few days ago, Geng Dongni and Zhang Jingjing, party members and cadres of Yiwu Tax Bureau, explained the latest tax and fee reduction policies to foreign businessmen in English and Chinese respectively through DingTalk. They hold such live streaming once a week.

"The bilingual explanation in Chinese and English is very timely, which makes us feel at ease." Jordanian businessman Mulder told reporters. According to statistics, more than 500,000 foreign businessmen come to Yiwu to purchase goods every year, and 15,000 foreign businessmen are based in Yiwu. Affected by the epidemic situation, many foreign businessmen who set up companies in China cannot come back. Therefore, most of them can do nothing but only worry about how to pay taxes, whether they need to pay social security fees and whether credit records will be affected.

In response to this situation, in March this year, Yiwu Tax Bureau screened out party members and cadres with foreign language expertise to take turns as "multilingual anchor". At present, languages covered by "multilingual live streaming" includes Chinese, English, Russian, Arabic, etc. And the nine live broadcasts have been viewed over 160,000 times in total.

Considering the time difference problem encountered by businessmen all round the world, Yiwu Tax Bureau also recorded an easy-to-understand short video about the latest tax and fee reduction policies in Chinese, English, Russian and other languages and posted this video on social media. At present, this video has been viewed more than 100,000 times.

In these two days, workers are busy assembling electric mosquito swatters in the workshop of Yiwu Litian Electric Appliance Co., ltd. "In March, many of our foreign orders were cancelled."  Yu Zhengang, general manager of the company, said that the Yiwu Tax Bureau took the lead to hold the "Tax Bureau and enterprises join forces to break through the current difficulties" domestic sales conference of export enterprises on a live streaming platform. To his surprise, selling goods in live streaming brought the enterprise a sales volume of more than 2 million yuan, and the profit was 3 times that of foreign trade. At present, the company's production capacity has almost recovered to 90% of last year's production capacity.

So far, Yiwu Tax Bureau has successfully used big tax data to accurately match 117 foreign trade enterprises with e-commerce live streaming companies, and achieved sales of 205 million yuan.
