Rent relief for two months is a promise made by Zhejiang to enterprises who rented state-owned properties during the epidemic. The "stabilizing enterprises" policy has now entered the final stage with a total reduced rent for non-state-owned enterprises of 3.611 billion yuan, of which 351 million yuan is for provincial enterprises and 3.260 billion yuan for state-owned enterprises in cities and counties.

A few days ago, tenants of Fuzhe Mansion on Qingchun Road in Hangzhou received a "big gift" - rent free for 2 months. "The sudden outbreak of the epidemic has had a great impact on the company. The 2-month rent reduction has brought warmth from the policy," a tenant enterprise laments.

Individual businesses are also beneficiaries of this rent reduction policy. Wu Zhenyue said that the cost did not decreased while the market was forced to close due to the COVID-19. As the biggest expenditure was the rent, the policy did help him to hold on to witness the market resuming.

To facilitate the operation and management of enterprises, the provincial SASAC announced the relevant rent reduction policies on "Zheli Office" timely, and a "Five Reduction Column" has been set upon the SASAC website to ensure that various market entities engaged in production and operation will ultimately get benefit.
