At 4:30 pm on May 27, Sun Guowen, Secretary of the Party General Branch of Wusi Village, Fuxi Street, Deqing County, stepped into the meeting room of the Zhejiang delegation in high spirits. He was about to participate in the video conference between the National Development and Reform Commission and NPC deputies in Zhejiang Province.

One of the innovations of this year's NPC is to realize the "cloud meeting" of relevant ministries and commissions by broadcasting government affairs live on WeChat. After collecting and sorting out the suggestions and opinions put forward by the representatives of our province during the deliberation, the officers in charge of the National Development and Reform Commission as well as the people in charge of the relevant departments will answer the representatives one by one through video.

The video conference officially began at 4:45 pm.

In response to the suggestion made by representatives from Zhejiang of promoting Zhejiang Mountain-Sea Collaboration Model, the person in charge of the relevant bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission said that since its implementation in 2002, Zhejiang Mountain-Sea Collaborative Project has effectively promoted the leapfrog development of mountainous areas in the southwest Zhejiang Province and has realized the mutual promotion and common progress between the developed coastal areas and the southwestern mountainous areas. The next step is to take the Mountain-Sea Collaboration Model as an important work to promote the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, taking Zhejiang's experience and practices as a reference for regional coordinated development.

The National Development and Reform Commission also made detailed explanations on other suggestions from the representatives of Zhejiang Province who listened carefully, noting down key information and giving active opinions from time to time despite the separation in space.

The officer in charge of the National Development and Reform Commission announced that the suggestions and opinions put forward by the representatives from Zhejiang Province would be carefully studied, and the feedback will be given to the representatives as soon as possible after the meeting. Meanwhile, the opinions and suggestions of the representatives should be handled well in accordance with the procedures, so as to push the relevant work into implementation.
