Recently, the Ministry of Education officially approved the establishment of three Sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions without legal personality, including Zhejiang Gongshang University Sussex University School of Artificial Intelligence, Wenzhou Medical University Alberta College, and Hangzhou Normal University Kharkiv College. 

The newly established Sussex School of Artificial Intelligence at Zhejiang Gongshang University carries out undergraduate and master's degree education, offering two undergraduate majors in Electronic Information Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering, and two master's majors in Robotics & Automation Systems, and Artificial Intelligence & Adaptive Systems. The total size of the school is 950 students, including 200 undergraduate students per year (included in the national university enrollment plan), and 100 graduate students per year (independent enrollment).

The newly established Alberta College of Wenzhou Medical University carries out undergraduate, master, and doctoral education, including undergraduate majors in Clinical Medicine, two Master's majors in Stomatology and Psychiatry, and a Doctorate major in Psychiatric Medicine.

The total size of the school is 395 students, including 60 undergraduate students and 25 postgraduate students per year (included in the national general college admissions plan), and 5 Ph.D. students per year (independent recruitment). 

The newly established Kharkiv College of Hangzhou Normal University carries out undergraduate and master's degree education, offering three undergraduate majors in Applied Chemistry, Polymer Materials and Engineering, Geographic Information Science, and three master majors in Applied Mathematics, Botany, and Organic Chemistry. The total size of the school if 900 students, including 180 undergraduate students, and 60 postgraduate students per year (included in the national general college admissions plan). 

At present, there are 15 Sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions in Zhejiang Province, which have played an active role in enhancing the internationalization of universities in Zhejiang Province.
