1. Austria’s epidemic has entered its second phase

12. Chinese students in Spain returned home by the first charter flight

The first temporary flight CA046 for Chinese students in Spain took off from Madrid Barajas Airport at around 22:00 on April 12 Spanish time when the lights were all on in Spain, bringing back more than 170 students.

13. The Spanish Government will hand out face masks the next Monday

2.部分零售业下周一可恢复营业，德国在谨慎中分阶段“松绑”

近日，皮埃蒙特大区一位经历了西班牙大流感、第二次世界大战的104岁老奶奶又“战胜”了新冠病毒，虽然核酸检测仍呈现阳性，但所有症状都已消失，身体正在康复中。

11. 波兰执政党无视防疫规定引发反对党和民众的批评

4月10日是斯摩棱斯克空难十周年纪念日。尽管受新冠肺炎疫情的影响，今年的纪念仪式与往年相比规模大为缩减，但波兰执政党和政府官员仍照例举行了多场纪念活动。

12.在西留学生乘坐首班包机回国

西班牙时间4月12日22时左右，在西班牙亮起万家灯火的时候，首架为在西留学生开通的临时航班CA046从西班牙马德里巴拉哈斯机场起飞，带着170余名留学生回家了！

北京时间4月13日早4时许，历经12个小时的飞行，CA046航班落地中国杭州萧山国际机场。在飞机降落时，机舱内响起了一片热烈的掌声，留学生们到家了！

13. 下周一西班牙政府将向国民派发口罩

西班牙电视台报道，卫生部部长Salvador IIIa终于建议西班牙民众开始使用口罩。这种口罩是在西班牙境内自己生产的，可以重复使用。卫生部承诺会从下周一开始在地铁口为复工的人员发送口罩。
