There is a lane called "Xiaoying Lane" in Hangzhou. It is also known as the base for national health education and promotion.

In the 24/7 garbage collection station, there are always warm-hearted garbage operators to provide "considerate service"

Mrs. Wang is one of the cleaners in the community. Eight garbage cans of different colors are arranged in a row, and the whole recycling point looks clean. On the garbage cans are pasted signs of categories of garbage to be thrown in and a corresponding notice board is noticeably erected at the back of each garbage can.

The residents are very active in garbage sorting. Wang would quietly watch them and help those who are not sure how to do it.

A cleaner is responsible for cleaning a garbage collection point every day

At present, in Xiaoying Lane Community, its garbage collection points adopt an auxiliary subdivision mode of "contracting + claiming". The property management company contracts for garbage classification in the community and each cleaner working for the company should be responsible for the cleaning and garbage classification management of a garbage collection point. The cleaners will clean the garbage collection points every day.

In addition, through an auxiliary subdivision, the recyclable garbage will be recycled by professional companies, and the generated income will be used for the management of garbage collection points and the publicity of garbage sorting, which not only saves public expenditure but also cultivates residents' habit of garbage sorting.

"Anti-epidemic Sachet", a special gift for Residents in Health Education and Promotion Month

These sachets are hand-made by social workers and volunteers of Xiaoying Lane Community with the effects of producing fragrance, repelling insects, preventing diseases, etc.

At present, the first batch of anti-epidemic sachets has been given to the elderly and some needy families in the community, and more sachets will be given to other residents in the community.

24小时不打烊的垃圾回收“总站”，总有热心的垃圾操作员“贴心服务”

王大姐是社区这里的保洁员之一。不同颜色的八个垃圾桶排成一排，整个回收点看上去都是干干净净的，每个垃圾桶里该扔什么垃圾，不仅垃圾桶上标注了，在背后都有对应的告示牌，一目了然。

居民们都很主动，会认真进行垃圾分类，王大姐都会在一旁静静地看着，一旦居民有拿捏不准，不知道往哪里投的时候，王大姐会立马凑上去，手把手教会他们“答案”。

每个垃圾房都有保洁员“认领”，每天都要给垃圾房洗澡

如今，在小营巷社区，垃圾回收点实行的是“承包+认领”的辅助细分模式，由准物业公司来承包小区垃圾分类项目，物业公司保洁员个人认领垃圾房，进行垃圾分类管理和保洁。保洁员每天都会对认领对垃圾房进行清洗。

而且，通过辅助细分，所产生的可回收物由专业公司统一回收，兑换后的经费再用于垃圾房的管理和对垃圾分类工作的宣传上，不但节省了公共开支，还培养了居民良好的垃圾分类习惯。

“防疫香囊”成为爱国卫生月里的特别礼物，给居民送去别样的“护身符”

这些香囊都是由小营巷社区的社工和志愿者一起亲手制作的，有清香、驱虫、防病等功效。

目前，第一批制作好的防疫香囊，已经送到了社区老人和部分困难户的手上，接下去，还会陆续向社区的其他居民赠送这些防疫香囊。
