"To provide serving chopsticks and spoons" has become one of the regulations in Shangyang village, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province and every household there starts to use serving chopsticks and spoons.

On the noon of April. 15, Cheng Ling and her families were having their lunch. There are two pairs of chopsticks in front of each person on the table and one serving spoon in the soup bowl. "The silver-gray and longer one is the serving chopsticks gave by the village committee. The burlywood and shorter one is personal chopsticks. We sometimes mixed the two up at the beginning but now we are all accustomed to using the serving chopsticks and spoons." Cheng said as she took out her mobile phone to take photos of the whole family having the meal and sent them to the WeChat group of the village. "Those photos can be exchanged for an award: a bar of soap."

"The local government advocated two years ago to use serving chopsticks and spoons. It advocated again this Feb, since the outbreak of the COVID--19", the party branch secretary of Shangyang Village Huang Yuehua said.

Therefore, the second day after a group discussion, on Mar. 22, Shangyang Village convened all party members and villagers' congresses in the village to hold a meeting and had a vote on whether to add the use of serving chopsticks and spoons to the regulations list. All the representatives voted for yes.

The 343 households in the village were divided into 10 groups and 10 WeChat groups were established to urge villagers to check-in online every meal to use the serving chopsticks and spoons. At the end of the year, the families who practically fulfilling used the serving chopsticks and spoons were given the title of "Golden Chopsticks Family" and were commended.

衢州市柯城区花园街道上洋村把使用公筷公勺写进村规民约，家家户户用起了公筷公勺。

4月15日中午，在上洋村村民程玲家，他们一家五口正在吃午饭，餐桌上每人面前摆了两副筷子，西红柿蛋汤里则放了一把公勺。“银灰色、长一点的是公筷，村里上门送来的，原木色、短一点的是自己用的私筷。刚开始经常搞错，现在全家都用习惯了。”程玲一边说，一边拿出手机拍下全家吃饭的照片，发到村里的微信群，“每次吃饭晒群里可以领奖品，今天上午，我刚刚去兑换了奖品——一块肥皂。”

上洋村党支部书记黄岳华说，市里两年前就提倡过使用公筷公勺，今年2月在疫情防控中，市里又发出公筷公勺进家庭的倡议。

于是，在街道进行充分讨论后的第二天，3月22日，上洋村召开全体党员和村民代表大会，对2018年修订的村规民约，就关于是否增补使用公筷公勺等文明行为的决议举行投票。最后，全体党员、村民代表全票支持。

全村343户家庭分成10组，建了10个微信群，督促村民每天每餐线上打卡。年底对使用公筷公勺履行到位的家庭给予“金筷子家庭”称号，并进行表彰。
