Li Yawen is a shoe pattern designer. She is a 22-year-old student majoring in footwear design and technology of Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College. She has won the bronze medal of China International Footwear Design Competition and will graduate in July. At the beginning of April this year, she was signed by a local company and became a shoe sample designer. 

 "The best way for designers to keep learning and exploring is to move the inspiration of nature into contemporary design creation." In addition to entering nature, attentively catching all kinds of flowing information will be the source of inspiration. Recently, a popular search term on Weibo, whale drop, has given her a lot of inspiration. Next, the company's main whale products are designed by Li Yawen.

"There is any boundaries and rules in her mind," said Zhao Xingbang, chairman of the company, who signed an early employment agreement with Li Yawen. "What our company needs is this kind of creativity, thinking, and inspiration."

Although under the influence of the epidemic, some enterprises have "labor shortage", but the students of the vocational school with vocational skills have become the hot spots in the employment market.

Sun Tianshe, a teacher of footwear design and technology at Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College, said that the employment rate of graduates here is 98.28%, and graduates can connect seamlessly after arriving at the post. Therefore, these graduates who are good at practical skills can easily get higher salaries.

Li always cherishes her deep design dream: "design is not a reproduction, it is around us, and design must make life more comfortable and inspired."

李雅雯，从事鞋样设计。22岁的她，是温州职业技术学院鞋类设计与工艺专业的学生，曾获得中国国际鞋类设计大赛铜奖，7月份将正式毕业。今年4月初，她被温州鞋密码有限公司签约，成为鞋厂的鞋样设计师。

“将自然的启示移入到当代设计创作中来，是设计者不断学习、探索的最好方式。”除了走进大自然，用心捕捉各种流动的信息，都会是灵感的源泉。最近的一个微博热搜词——鲸落，就给了李雅雯很多启发。接下来公司主推的鲸鱼系列产品，就由李雅雯主导设计。

早早地与李雅雯签订就业协议，该公司董事长赵兴邦说：“她的脑子里没有任何的边界和条条框框，我们的企业需要的就是这种创意，这种思维，这种灵感。”

疫情影响之下，一些企业出现“用工荒”，有职业技能的职校生已是就业市场的香饽饽。

温州职业技术学院鞋类设计与工艺专业教师孙天赦分析说，温职院毕业生就业率达98.28%，毕业生到岗后能无缝对接，因而这些擅长于实践技能的高职毕业生很容易拿到较高的薪水。

刚入行的李雅雯，始终珍视自己内心深处的设计梦想：“设计不是单薄的复制，设计就围绕在我们周围，设计必须使生活更舒适更具有灵感。”
