On April 11, the Chinese-English bilingual "COVID-19 Outbreak Hospital Response Strategy", authored by the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine and supported by Jack Ma Foundation, Alibaba Foundation, Alibaba Health, and Alibaba Cloud, has been released online at the GMCC, a platform which is sponsored by Jack Ma Foundation and Alibaba Foundation. This is a condensed guide to the experience of fighting the epidemic in a large general hospital in China. It is based on practice and has universal applicability and reference value.


At present, the guide has been published in Chinese and English and will be published in more languages. In the future, more anti-epidemic resources will be provided in succession to offer more practical suggestions and references for medical staff around the world.

 

After the COVID-19 outbreak in China, the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine was not only responsible for the diagnosis and screening of a large number of patients with fever, but also sent a total of 189 members of seven medical teams to Wuhan and other places with the severe epidemic. In Wuhan, the hospital quickly transformed the general ward into the ICU and treated the most critically ill patients.


Up to now, no medical staff has been infected because of treating patients, no high-risk suspicious patients have been left out, and also no treatment of any critical patients has been delayed.

This guide condenses the efforts of nearly 6,000 medical workers in the hospital and focuses on the innovative management measures of the hospital in 8 aspects, including personnel, space, hospital infection, medical process, material support, information office, joint prevention and control between the hospital and the government and society, as well as the practice and experience from the front line of anti-epidemic in Wuhan.

 

Since early March, the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine has started to carry out cross-border video exchanges with foreign medical institutions to share the Chinese program against COVID-19. Up to now, the hospital has connected with more than 100 international medical institutions in 15 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Ireland, France, Germany, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Kenya, Ethiopia, etc., and has continuously received invitations from many foreign units.


4月11日,由浙大二院抗疫专家编写,携手马云公益基金会、阿里巴巴公益基金会、阿里健康和阿里云共同发布的《新冠肺炎疫情下的医院应对策略》中英文版正式发布上线,在马云公益基金会和阿里巴巴公益基金会联合发起的GMCC平台(covid-19.alibabacloud.com)上首发。这是一本浓缩提炼了一家中国大型综合医院抗疫经验的指南书籍。它以实践为基础,具有普适性和参考价值。


目前,该指南已有中文、英文版本,并将陆续发布更多语言版本。后续,更多抗疫资源将陆续上线,为全球医务人员提供更多实用建议和参考。

 

新冠肺炎疫情在中国发生后,浙大二院不仅承担着大量发热患者的接诊与筛查,还向疫情严重的武汉等地,共计派出7支医疗队189名队员。在武汉,我们要把普通病房迅速改建成ICU,并负责救治病情最危重的新冠肺炎患者。


截至目前,没有任何一位医护人员因治疗患者而感染,没有漏掉任何一位高危可疑的患者,也没有延误任何一位急危重症患者的救治。

 

这本指南凝结了浙大二院近6000名医务工作者的心血,重点介绍了新冠疫情爆发下,医院在人员、空间、院感、医疗流程、物资保障、信息化办公、医院与政府和社会联防联控等8个方面的创新管理举措,以及来自武汉抗疫一线的实践与经验。

 

从3月上旬开始,浙大二院就开始与国外医疗机构开展跨洋视频交流,分享抗击新冠肺炎疫情的中国方案、浙二实践。截至目前,浙大二院已与美国、英国、意大利、西班牙、爱尔兰、法国、德国、巴西、印度、巴基斯坦、肯尼亚、埃塞俄比亚等15个国家100余家国际医疗机构连线,并持续收到多家国外单位的会议邀请。
