Zhejiang held its 42nd press conference on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control on April 7. 

Chen Guangsheng, Executive Deputy Director of the Office of Zhejiang Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group, and Deputy Secretary-General of Zhejiang Provincial Government, said at the conference that we decided to carry out necessary nucleic acid and serum tests for the people coming from Wuhan in the past 14 days, and include the relevant information in the health code management since Wuhan’s access control was about to be lifted; and, such efforts aimed to strengthen screening for asymptomatic infections in a targeted manner while ensuring the smooth flow of people.

People who are tested negative are to be granted green health QR codes for use in Zhejiang, while those tested to be positive are to be granted red health codes and treated as asymptomatic infected persons or confirmed cases after subsequent diagnosis. If the relevant personnel have obtained health test reports from the local medical institutions, they can be exempted from the test upon verification.

Note that the above provisions apply equally to migrant workers who come to Zhejiang from Wuhan and Zhejiangese who return Zhejiang after having stranded in Wuhan. Integrated service points shall be set up all around Zhejiang to provide convenient test processes and fast green code conversion, bringing convenience to the tested objects, particularly the Wuhan compatriots who come to Zhejiang.

4月7日，浙江省举行第四十二场新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作新闻发布会。

浙江省防控工作领导小组办公室常务副主任、省政府副秘书长陈广胜表示，鉴于武汉通道管控即将解除，在保证人员通畅流动的情况下，为有针对性地加大无症状感染者筛查力度，我省决定对近14天来自武汉地区人员开展必要的核酸和血清检测，相关信息将纳入健康码管理。

其中，对检测结果为阴性的，赋予浙江健康码绿码；对检测结果为阳性的，设定为健康码红码，经诊断后按无症状感染者或确诊病例处置。如相关人员已持有当地医疗机构健康检测报告，经核验后可免予检测。

需强调的是，上述规定对武汉来浙务工人员和我省滞留在汉返乡人员一视同仁。各地都要设立综合服务点，确保检测流程便捷、绿码转换快速，让受检对象尤其是来浙武汉同胞少费周折，最多跑一次、最多跑一地！
