今年初，因疫情企业停工一个多月复工后，玉环润浩机械有限公司总经理吕斌斌第一时间做了两个决策：一要尽快赶制国外订单；二要加速开拓国内市场。

万得凯计划今年投入近2000万元用于新产品研发，投入1000万元增添一批自动化新设备，在稳定外贸的基础上，深挖国内市场。

浙江双环传动机械股份有限公司的商用车工程机械齿轮销售实现快速增长，一季度产值比去年同期增长30%以上。面对疫情影响，为何“双环”公司能逆势突围？答案就是多元化布局。“逆势突围的关键还是产品研发转型。我们已经布局，将实现从生产传统燃油车齿轮向新能源齿轮的发展，并进军国内风电、轨交等高精尖齿轮板块，向市场要效益、求发展。”副总经理李土水介绍。

面对外贸企业的新选择，玉环市委、市政府围绕当前企业发展的困难和问题，持续做深做实“三服务”活动，落地落实扶工惠民“八个一”机制，优服务强保障，让企业心无旁骛抓生产、促发展。

组建贸易出口服务专班，落实“订单+清单”制度，实行精准扶持；产品无法出运，积极帮助协调相关部门，开出通行证，确保产品顺利出运；为解决用工难、招工难，政府包车包专列，为企业接回外地员工；加大信保支持力度，适当提高出口企业投保政策性出口信用保险的保费补贴标准，不断扩大保险覆盖面。同时，玉环市相关部门还主动为外贸企业牵线国内市场，帮助开拓内销业务。

“疫情期间各类政策出台，无不是支持企业发展，条条‘真金白银’。我相信，市场虽然受到疫情影响，但会快速回暖。”吕斌斌信心满满地说。
