On March 17, the Chinese anti-epidemic medical expert team set up by Zhejiang Province went to Italy to help and support the Italian anti-epidemic battle. On April 2, the expert group returned home successfully. During the past half a month in Italy, what did Ling Feng, a disease control expert of Zhejiang Province, and the Deputy Director of Transmission and Prevention Institute of Zhejiang Provincial Disease Control Center see and hear? What Zhejiang experience did he bring to Italy?

Back to China, feeling eased from great pressure, but Ling Feng is still very concerned: " The control measures, the epidemic has been under control, but the situation is still relatively severe due to the serious shortage of local medical workers."

For more than half a month in Italy for supporting local disease prevention, Ling Feng, together with other experts of the Chinese anti-epidemic medical group, went to several major severe zones and Chinese-concentrated places in Italy to introduce the experience of precision prevention and control and personnel control measures in Zhejiang to the Italian medical staff, including that how Zhejiang can steadily promote the resumption of work and production through the five-color map(refers to the map indicating different colors according to different epidemic situations).

Despite the grim local situation, obviously the anti-epidemic medical expert team brought hope and driving force to the Italian anti-epidemic work. "On the third day after we had arrived, Italy tightened its controls. The police began to close roads, average people were prohibited to go out except for medical treatment and life, going out to buy food only allowed within 200 meters, and other measures including curfews and business stoppage were taken."

Along with other experts from the Chinese anti-epidemic medical team, Ling Feng also organized five times of live streaming for overseas Chinese in Italy, every of which saw tens of thousands of audiences, and each time of life lasted two or three hours. "Local Chinese and overseas Chinese are most concerned about two issues, one is how to deal with COVID-19 at home, the other is what to do when they are isolated at home." Upon the urgent request of the local Chinese and overseas Chinese, Ling Feng, together with the experts of the Chinese anti-epidemic medical group, recorded a video to answer the questions of their concerns.

In the past half a month in Italy, Ling Feng frankly admitted that he had been in great pressure physically and mentally. Tiredness and fatigue from going around to find problems and provide advice in various places in Italy are self-evident, and in Italy where the epidemic is so severe, he was indeed under considerable mental stress.

It is understood that thanks to the current strong control measures, the local epidemic in Italy has stabilized. 

3月17日，浙江省组建的中国抗疫医疗专家组赴意大利协助应对疫情。4月2日，专家组凯旋回家。在意大利的这半个月里，浙江疾控专家、浙江省疾控中心传防所副所长凌锋有哪些见闻？带去了哪些浙江经验？

回到中国，身上的压力减轻了，但凌锋的心情依然较为沉重：“意大利管控措施上来了，疫情有所控制，但情况依然比较严重，当地的医护人员严重缺乏。”

在意大利支援当地疾病预防工作的半个多月里，凌锋与中国抗疫医疗组专家们一起，奔赴意大利多个重灾及华人聚集地，向意大利有关工作人员介绍了浙江的精准防控经验及人员管控措施，以及浙江如何通过五色图稳定地推进复工复产工作等，并对当地居家隔离及确诊的华人华侨进行咨询服务及心理疏导，指导中资企业做好防控工作。

尽管当地情况严峻，但这支抗疫医疗专家组，为意大利防疫工作注入了一支强心剂。“我们到达后的第三天，意大利加强了防控措施。警察开始封路，一般人除就医、生活必须外，禁止外出，外出买菜只允许200米范围内，并实行宵禁、企业停工等措施。”

凌锋还与中国抗疫医疗组专家一起，为意大利华人华侨组织了5场线上直播，几乎每一场直播都有上万人在线观看，直播时间常常会持续2~3个小时。“当地华人华侨最关心两个问题，一个感染新冠肺炎后，在家如何处理；一个是居家隔离的时候应该做些什么。”由于当地华人华侨呼声较高，凌锋与中国抗疫医疗组专家，共同录制了视频，对大家比较关心的问题作出了解答。

在意大利的半个月里，凌锋坦言自己在身体、精神方面的压力都比较大。奔赴意大利多地去发现问题、提供建议咨询，体力上的消耗不言而喻；而身处疫情极为严重的意大利，精神上的压力也相当之大。

据了解，目前，由于管控措施有力，意大利当地疫情目前已趋于平稳。
