In 2003, he was appointed by Hungarian Police General Bureau as the Chief Instructor to train the special forces and the national police elite, and also he has begun to work on cooperation between the two countries in the fight against terrorism and so on.

After the outbreak of the epidemic, Wang Deqing has been in communication with domestic enterprises or businesses to help the Hungarian Government buy medical masks, gloves, protective goggles, ventilators, and other medical supplies, alleviating the shortage of goods in Hungary. At the same time, he helped contact the International Buddhist Mart Art Alliance and the Great Wall Hungary-China Friendship Association to donate 150,000 face masks and other medical materials with a worth of 60,000 Euros (about RMB 480,000 yuan) to the Hungarian Government, which has been highly praised by the Hungarian Government. He said at this critical period of the epidemic, the Chinese and overseas Chinese outside the country should be a bridge between the two countries. present. 这次疫情发生后，王德庆一直奔波于沟通联系国内企业或商家帮助匈牙利政府购买医疗口罩、手套、防护眼镜、呼吸机等医疗物资，缓解了匈牙利物资匮乏的问题。同时，他帮助联系国际禅武联盟会、长城匈中友好协会共同为匈牙利政府捐赠了15万个口罩和其他一批医疗物质，总价值6万欧元（折合人民币约48万元），得到匈牙利政府的称赞。他说，疫情当前，在外的华人华侨更应是架构两国友谊的桥梁，他很高兴能为匈中抗疫做点微薄之事，希望匈牙利疫情能好转，祝愿匈牙利人民和朋友健康平安。
