The Federation not only provides online psychological counseling and telemedicine assistance but also provides offline medical materials such as masks and alcohol. A few days ago, the Federation received a letter of help from the USC Overseas Students' Federation. The masks of Zhejiang international students of the USC were in short supply. In consideration of the time difference in the delivery of materials, Shao Li immediately contacted the Zhejiang National Chamber of Commerce and jointly donated 4200 masks for the students.

随着疫情在美国的迅速发展，美国已经有25个州宣布停止课堂授课，学校为防止聚集，要求学生尽快搬离宿舍。“目前在美国留学的温籍学生约有2000人，时间短促。”邵立介绍，“我们的任务是帮助留学生寻找当地的酒店，在美国方面，我们已经联系上了温籍华人创办的国际连锁的万豪酒店。”如今，纽约万豪酒店方面已经同意全力支援温籍留学生，提供89美元的成本房间价，还有包括早晨、午餐、晚餐等服务，而且房源充足。

创建30个关爱微信群驰援全球在外学子战“疫”

3月9日，留联会得知美国疫情暴发，发病人数激增后，迅速成立了5人留联会关爱小组，并联系全美浙江商会会长林光商议如何为留学生提供帮助。
 

3月11日，林光专门成立美国学联抗疫委员会，并联合留联会在微信群里发起了支援留学生的募捐行动，截至目前已经收到近10万元善款以及各类物资。

战“疫”刻不容缓，连日来留联会已经在美国建立19个微信服务群。还在英国、意大利、德国、澳大利亚、新西兰、加拿大、日本等地建立了11个微信服务群。邵立说：“3月17日英国方面也已经有留学生收到大学通知，面对面授课改为网课，我们正在准备口罩并积极对接侨团和联系酒店。”

线上进行心理辅导线下提供医护物资

3月18日下午3时，留联会还邀请了和平国际医院的张怀勤医生为温籍留学生传授防疫知识。张怀勤通过远程视频的方式，为留学生们答疑解惑。

留联会不仅线上提供心理辅导、远程医疗救助，同时线下提供口罩、酒精等医疗物资。前几天，留联会收到南加州大学留学生联合会的求助函，南加州大学的浙江留学生口罩紧缺。考虑到运送物资有时差，邵立立即联系上浙江全美总商会，联合浙江全美总商会共同捐赠4200个口罩。

9个国家的温州侨社团为温籍留学生和家属开展关爱行动

截至目前，温州市留学人员和家属联谊会已联合9个国家的温州侨社团为温籍留学生和家属开展关爱行动。

疫情期间，关爱行动提供如下服务：

1.在当地通过侨团直接派发口罩等防疫物资; 

2.在线上不定时开通医疗讲座及答疑; 

3.在线上建立心理援助;

4.帮助当地留学生寻找住所; 

5.帮助在温家长梳理各种当地疫情信息及国内外机场出入境信息。
