With the spread of COVID-19 pneumonia around the world, the safety of overseas Chinese students from Wenzhou has also become a focus of concern for the residents in their hometown. On March 20th, nine small red cards printed with the emergency response hotline numbers of the United States, Italy, Britain, France, Germany, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Japan were continuously posted in the circle of the overseas Chinese students from Wenzhou. You can join the group of the overseas Chinese student union in the related countries by scanning the corresponding card to get information and support for prevention and control of the epidemic.   


It is learned that the Association of the Overseas Chinese Students and Their Families from Wenzhou has volunteered to help the overseas students from Wenzhou through joint efforts with the Associations of the overseas Chinese from Wenzhou in nine countries.


During the epidemic, the associations of the overseas Chinese from Wenzhou in nine countries directly distributed masks and other epidemic prevention supplies through the local overseas Chinese associations, opened medical seminars and counseling from time to time online, providing psychological counseling online, helped the local students find accommodation, provided the parents of the overseas Chinese students from Wenzhou with the information about the epidemic abroad and the entry and exit regulations at the airports at home and abroad.


随着全球新冠肺炎疫情的蔓延,温州市在外留学生的安危也牵动着家乡人民的心。昨日,温州留学生圈子里不断推送着9张红色爱心小卡片,分别标注着美国、意大利、英国、法国、德国、加拿大、新西兰、澳大利亚、日本等9个国家的抗疫应急协助热线,扫描这些小卡片还将加入所对应国家的留联会互助群,提供抗疫有关相应的资讯和帮助。


据了解,温州市留学人员和家属联谊会已联合九个国家的温州侨社团为温籍留学生开展关爱行动。


疫情期间,九个国家的温州侨社团提供如下服务:在当地通过侨团直接派发口罩等防疫物资;在线上不定时开通医疗讲座及答疑;在线上建立心理援助;帮助当地留学生寻找住所;帮助在温家长梳理各种当地疫情信息及国内外机场出入境信息。
