At the invitation of World Economic Forum, Academician Wu Zhaohui, President of Zhejiang University, published an English signed article on the forum website entitled "How a Top Chinese University is responding to coronavirus". The article introduces the development of online teaching in Zhejiang University during the epidemic period and points out that in the era of accelerated convergence of scientific and technological revolution, industrial revolution and educational revolution, information technology, and cognitive science are promoting education 1.0 to learning 2.0, and the concepts of human education, general education, and open-loop education are booming in the global scope. 

Universities need to embrace new technology and adapt to the new environment, to reform and innovation to meet the challenges in the future, actively advocate man-machine collaboration and interaction between teachers and students, and lifelong learning in the study, make a more outstanding innovative university.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Zhejiang University has pushed the reform of the school management concept with epidemic prevention and control and promoted the reform of education and teaching, the innovation of research methods, management, service, quality, efficiency, and open development. 

It has constructed a more perfect and convenient "Online Zhejiang University", which provides teachers and students with a cross-space, interactive and convenient school running experience. In terms of online teaching, the "learning in Zhejiang University" platform has been launched, which has organically extended the education and teaching scene and improved the online and offline education mode. In terms of online scientific research, the platform of "research in Zhejiang University" has been built, which reduces the dependence of scientific research activities on-site and time, and forms a new normal of innovation. 

In terms of smart office, the quality of management and service has been improved by means of information technology, and the forms of video conference, online service, collaborative office and so on have been advocated to enhance the sense of acquisition of teachers and students.

近日，受达沃斯论坛（世界经济论坛）邀请，浙江大学校长吴朝晖院士在论坛网站发表了题为《中国顶尖大学如何应对新冠病毒》的英文署名文章。文章介绍了疫情期间浙江大学线上教学开展情况，深刻地指出在科技革命、产业革命和教育革命加速会聚的当代，信息技术和认知科学正推动教育1.0转向学习2.0，全人教育、通识教育、开环教育等理念在全球范围内蓬勃发展，大学需要拥抱新技术、适应新环境，以改革创新应对未来挑战，积极倡导人机协作、师生交互、终身学习和泛在学习，打造更加卓越的创新型大学。

新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来，浙江大学以疫情防控倒逼办学治校理念变革，推进了教育教学改革、科研方式创新、管理服务提质增效和开放发展，构建了更加完善、更加便捷的“网上浙大”，为师生提供了跨时空、交互式、便捷性的办学体验。在在线教学上，推出了“学在浙大”平台，有机延伸了教育教学场景，完善了线上线下相融合的育人模式。在网上科研上，打造了“研在浙大”平台，减少了科研活动对场地、时间的依赖，形成了创新新常态。在智慧办公上，以信息化手段提升了管理服务品质，倡导了视频会议、网上办事、协同办公等形式，增强了师生获得感。
