"I cannot feel more reassured and happier when returning to our motherland and seeing face-to-face with my parents and relatives. My sense of safety also originates from the fact that the government of my hometown (the People’s Government of Daoshi Town) had made full anti-epidemic preparation for my returning.” The day before yesterday, Xiaomin, a returned student who had been released from quarantine wrote a sincere letter of thanks to the Government of Daoshi Town, Lin’an District, recalling her feeling when she returned to China from Frankfurt, Germany on February 29, and thanking all relevant staff of the town for their selfless efforts over the past half a month. 

It is understood that Daoshi Town, following the service principle of "quarantine with no harm to feelings", invariably endeavors to provide all-around services for people like Xiaomin who are supposed to be quarantined for observation in Daoshi Town. During the anti-epidemic period, more than 100 Party members and cadres in Daoshi Town keep working in the quarantine points day and night.    

They regularly monitor the temperature of people quarantined for observation, and make sterilization and disinfection at the quarantine points; they serve as acting purchasers, deliverymen and emotion counselors from time to time to warmly communicate with these people, understand what they think about, need and desire, soothe their emotions and inspire their confidence in the fight against the epidemic.       

"This letter of thanks highly affirms our anti-epidemic work, making all our efforts worthwhile." The relevant person in charge of Daoshi Town said that the post-90s girl writing the letter is a returned student from Germany who had been cooperating with our anti-epidemic work during her quarantine period, and to everyone’s delight, she maintained healthy during the quarantine period and was released from quarantine on March 15. 

Since the starting of the anti-epidemic work in Daoshi Town, the Party members and cadres therein have been working to protect all residents within the jurisdiction of the town against the epidemic through vigorously publicizing anti-epidemic knowledge and other means, and have won the appreciation of all people quarantined for observation in Daoshi Town with decisive actions, intimate services, and humanistic care.

“没有什么比回到祖国，回到父母与亲人身边更让人安心和幸福。而此时我的安全感还来源于我得知我的家乡政府——岛石镇人民政府已经做好了充分的防疫准备，等我安心回家。”

前天，已解除隔离的留学生小敏给临安区岛石镇政府写了一封情真意切的感谢信，回顾了2月29日她从德国法兰克福飞回中国时的心情，感谢近半个月来全镇工作人员的无私付出。

据了解，岛石镇秉承“隔离不隔心”的服务原则，为留观人员提供全方位的服务。100余名党员干部挺身而出，逆行而上，昼夜不间断在隔离点值守服务。

他们定时对留观人员进行体温监测，对隔离点进行环境消杀；不定时当起代购员、配送员、情绪疏导员，对留观人员嘘寒问暖，了解掌握他们的所思所想所需，安抚他们的情绪，鼓舞他们战胜疫情的信心。

“这封感谢信，是对我们防疫工作的高度肯定，虽然辛苦，但是值得。”岛石镇相关负责人介绍说，写信的90后姑娘是从德国留学回来的，隔离期间一直很配合镇里的工作，令大家高高兴的是她的身体状况正常，已于15日解除了隔离。

自防疫工作开展以来，岛石镇党员干部为辖区居民扎紧“防疫口”，大力宣传疫情防控知识，用果断的行动、贴心的服务、人文的关爱赢得了留观人员的赞誉。
