On Jan 16, the "Welcome the Chinese New Year" activity was held at Wukang Street in Deqing County. Foreign friends from Russia, Australia and New Zealand, under the guidance of local villagers, experienced writing Fu characters, dancing turtle lanterns, cutting paper-cuts for window decoration and other traditional Chinese folk customs to welcome the Spring Festival.
