To help more international students to get to know more about Chinese culture, Zhejiang Ocean University has opened a special course - Yue Opera course for the international students on campus. 

The course is co-launched by Zhejiang Ocean University and Zhoushan Youth Yue Opera Troup. In order to make the course more digestible, tutors have prepared fundamental courses, language training sessions, performance tutorials, and so forth. 

Akhtyamova Diana, a student from Kazakhstan, is a big fan of traditional Chinese culture and has been actively involved in many cultural activities held at Zhejiang Ocean University. She said that she has been well informed about the spirits of Chinese culture by learning Yue Opera. 

Many course participants have indicated that such kinds of cultural training courses can help more international students to learn more about Chinese culture and China in general.
