At the Cosmetics Valley in Daixi town, Wuxing district of Huzhou, over a thousand rose varieties are cultivated at a rose garden of 500 mu (33.33 hectares). Founded by Ji Mei, the garden has developed from rose cultivation into a comprehensive agri-tourism complex integrating aromatic herb farming, cosmetics R&D, and experiential tourism.
This year, a new rose museum will be built in the garden, which is designed by Flo, a French architect. Through immersive exhibitions, the museum showcases the historical and cultural significance of different roses.
Graduating from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Marseille (ENSAM) with 15 years of cross-cultural project experience between China and France, Flo specializes in blending local heritage with global design. For this project, he employs natural light-shadow interplay and traditional rammed earth techniques to create an ecological exhibition space.

今年,园区特邀法国注册建筑师Flo规划设计玫瑰博物馆,通过沉浸式展陈等形式,展现玫瑰文化历史。
