Located in Quzhou, Zhejiang province, the Quzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone's cross-border e-commerce direct purchase center recently began trial operations, offering locals a "global goods market".
Approved by the State Council in February and getting its official acceptance on May 20, the bonded zone is located in the Quzhou Intelligent Manufacturing New City. It focuses on bonded processing and services, while also supporting bonded logistics and exhibitions, as well as trading functions.
Its direct purchase center has stocked 50,000 imported items across seven major categories — home care, beauty and skincare, maternity and baby products, nutrition and health, food and beverages, alcohol, and digital accessories, catering to diverse needs of consumers.

"The showroom features over 2,000 products, all sourced from national bonded warehouses," said Chen Hui, the center's operations director. The center plans to continue introducing more high-quality imported products to meet demands from customers.
An accompanying online shopping mini-program will launch soon, allowing folks to browse all the categories via WeChat, offering shoppers a convenient shopping experience with online orders and bonded deliveries direct to their homes.
