With a total investment of 1 billion yuan ($138 million), the main structure of the Taizhou Bay E-Car Valley Digital Technology Industrial Park in Taizhou, Zhejiang province, was completed on May 6, marking a significant milestone in its construction.

Located at the Taizhou Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone, the park covers an area of 64,600 square meters with a construction area of 163,000 sq m. It includes nine factory buildings and two supporting buildings.

The industrial park is equipped with office spaces, accommodation, and a cafeteria. The No 1 building houses office spaces on the fourth to eighth floors, totaling 50 offices. The No 2 building serves as employee dormitories from the fourth to 15th floors, accommodating up to 1,000 staff members. The public cafeteria covers a total area of 1,300 sq m, capable of serving 500 people simultaneously.

The park serves as a crucial platform for industrial integration in the city, focusing on the automotive and parts, as well as the pharmaceutical and health industries. It is the city's first project to attract investment and land through the combination of fund, base, industrial value chain, and supply chain finance model, representing a significant strategic move for the city's industrial development.

Currently, the Taizhou Bay E-Car Valley Digital Technology Industrial Park has attracted four leading companies with core technologies and innovation capabilities in areas such as automotive electronics, driving the city's automotive industry towards intelligent and high-end development.
